Ok I went here thinking its b.y.o.b right which where im from is bring your own beer well I get there with about a 24 pack and 3 bottles not only do I find out you cant bring beer wtf? I asked why and the door person said its because they sell beer there I said ok that dosnt make sense so I had to leave my beer in the car then they had the nerve to charge me 10 bux each for each bottle of liquor I brought, it didnt matter how large the bottle was I brought 3 250 ml of cognac and they charged me 30 bux on top of the 10 dollar cover. Well I stayed there and asked to speak to the manager it wasnt really the money I was just intersted in thier reasoning of calling itself byob when they first dont allow beer and then charge you for liquor never in all my life have I been to a byob place with all these rules? Anyway the manager didnt really have any answer in regards to the pricing he just said thats how we do business I told him well your shit dosnt make any sense, I think he was surprised that I wanted answers and knew english I guess the spanish speaking majority that come here dont care dont know and dont ask why they are getting fucked over because they dont understand. After about 30 min of trying to find out why this is the only place in the metroplex that charges you for your drink and dosnt let you bring beer in the manager decided to let me in and not charge me for my liquor I paid 20 dollars which is the norm of byob places and I finally made it in. To all those that go to this club dont let them screw you with that 10 dollar per bottle bs tell em you know english and ask them why they do this and they might let u slide like me. So I went in this cantina the place is small shabby mostly mexican dancers and customers the women some know english most dont they are average broads nothin to write home about they will give you alot of attention though if you dont look like the rest of the wetbacks in the club, All in all this place was ok but the drink set up is a bunch of bull shit if your going to call yourself byob be that and dont try to sell mexicans who dont know any better 8 dollar can beers. 11/12/2009 "..Zona Rosa is a midsize strip club with 1 main stage and 2 side stages. Ive been there twice, customers are 90% latino and dancers as well. Latin music is played and rotated with rap. It is BYOL (you cant bring beer). They also tax you $10 per bottle of liquor you bring in. Dancers range from 3's to 6's. Cover is $10. You will be checked/frisked at the door. Service is shitty. VIP is not worth it. There is nothing VIP about this club. No point in valet just park out back. It is basically Chicas Bonitas but they play rap. Most of the fine dancers have left this spot. We got there about 5pm on a Friday. The club is beautiful on the inside (the outside leaves a lot to be desired). Most of the girls were already but the ones that weren't snobby were quite ghetto. We stayed until about 9pm. We were having an alright time but the girls at night were obviously not the ladies they claim to have. We were given a price list of the "favors" we could have received from at least 3 of the women that sat at out table. One girl asked, very loudly, if we partied and when we asked how, she mentioned she could get us the hookup. When we complained to a manager, I think Jimmy, he said he would handle it. Well about 10 minutes later, the girl was called to what seemed like the dressing room but 5 minutes later she was on the floor at it again. (We were told by several other customers that nothing will happen because the managers let this stuff happen.) We got no apology and no explaination so we promptly left, never to return. That place has such potential if the management quit being shady themselves and take care of the customers. assuming management is shady based on your experience does not equate. I thought it was a joke, but she actually wanted my money because I did not meet the time deadline (according to her watch). Dishonesty + Terrible Customer Service = losing customers; therefore, I hope the manager reads this and gets the young lady some additional training in customer service. 5/14/2007 "..I went to The Lady Luck Cabaret on Monday. I did feel a little unsafe in the parking lot in back. There was a ghetto looking car with a black gentleman and a black girl just sitting there. They have a free Lunch Buffet from 11:30am - 2:00pm. Today it was submarine sandwiches which were very good. There was no cover charge at this time. The club was neat and clean inside. I only saw two dancers though. There was a black dancer on the stage, and a hispanic women who came over and sat with me. Neither was nude. I was a little dissappointed because I drove here from Arlington. To be fair, today was the fist day the club started opening on Monday at 11:30 and it was the first day for the free Lunch Buffet. I plan to return in a couple of weeks to see if they have more dancers which they probably will. If it helps to know, very few criminals operate in mixed company. " - - txdude723

1/6/2007 "..you have got to be kidding me i have been there more then a few times although i have to admit its the cleanest bar around from the enrty way to the bathrooms and the management is more then attentive and very impresionable the club had some serious flaws.i have been going to strip clubs in dallas for a long lomg time . the girls at lady luck may not be the hottest girls around but they are not too bad either in fact there are a few really hot ones they are all pretty friendly. i know a few of the managers there from silver city and other clubs and those guys have their shit together. they take good care of the staff keep them on their toes and always cater to the customers needs.the biggest problem there i think is the fact that they are ALWAYS !!!! at least every time i have been there out of money in their atm machine. i had more then one of their dancers walk me over there to the ATM machine after they had danced for me and I couldnt pay them . no funny money and i had to drive to seven eleven to get money to pay them. guys one more thing whoever CHRIS is somone needs to tell him to relax. i hear he is the owner and a lot of complaints on the way he treats his staff.its a great place needs a lot more advertizing not too well known yet and the people that work there seem to not be too appreciated.they are for the most part all nice and proffesional and try hard to make everyone happy.CHRIS take it from me dont be too hard on the empolyees you have you are going to loose some really good talent, and at this point i dont think you can afford to do that.too many complaints on THE BIG KAHUNA(CHRIS)!!! the managers there JIMMY JAMES and DAVID great job guys!!!! keep up the good work " - -
