Cher has been working at the Men's Club of Dallas since the club
opened in the early 90's. She works every Thursday, Friday, and
Saturday night. She has seen many changes during that time. She
told me she remembers when customers would come up to main
stage and just throw dollar bills to cover the stage and the house
mom would have to come out and sweep up all the money and put it
into a bucket. Those were the good old days.
Thanks to the economy and 911, those days have come to pass.
"There is still great money to be made in the Men's Club, as the
majority of the customers who come in are upper class businessmen
looking for someone who can hold a conversation and blow off some
steam from their jobs." When she's not working, she
vacations in Florida, where she has a home on the water. She
enjoys boating, fishing, and just about all kinds of water sports.
She loves the outdoors and has to escape to the beauty of the
sunsets over the ocean.
She was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and is a
Texan at heart. She has worked in clubs from Los Angeles, Vegas,
Florida, Chicago and Texas, and she say that the most beautiful
women she's ever seen were from Texas.
"I have seen a lot of funny stuff happen over the years and
could write a book on the things I've seen and heard, so many funny
jokes and stories. I try and focus on having a good time with the
customers and make them laugh, hopefully forgetting their own
problems and enjoy a fun filled experience. I don't discuss my
personal life much and make a rule not to ever discuss other girls
private lives. I try to always listen to the customer with an open
mind, not to offer advice but just to be there for them to vent to.
I like the couples that come in, the open minded women who are
secure in their relationships enough to share in the fun and fantasy
of the club."

Her most memorable customer - "I was bartending in Fort
Worth and a guy offered me $10,000 to have a look at my boobs and I
said no. What a dummy. I had no clue and didn't believe he had the
money, later to find out that he had tipped a dancer $5,000.00 just
to sit and talk and not dance. Oh well, live and learn." |

"Some of my most fun customers are women, who like to get dances
and watch the face of their husband or boyfriends. Of all the clubs
I've worked in and partied in, I will always feel like the Men's
Club is my home. The girls I work with are classy, beautiful and
intelligent, most of whom have made dancing their career and are
working on putting away their money in investments and portfolios,
or working and paying their way through college."
She is also into real estate. "In my spare time, I'm always
looking for a good investment and plan to work another 3 years and
then retire in my Florida home, where I will probably open a little
bar and just fish during the days and still be in the bar scene at
night. Once it's in your blood, it's hard to get it out."
"My advice to new comers is to work hard, save, save, save and
set up a game plan for your
future." |
